The Refresh squirrel has been busy helping small businesses work out how to show the world what they do, and this week he’s been lending a paw to a badger whose website wasn’t quite doing his business justice.

It’s a familiar story, because you can be brilliant at what you do and still struggle to put it into words, particularly when you’re so close to your business that the things your customers need to know feel obvious to you.
