As a web designer and IT consultant, I’ve always believed in the power of technology to transform businesses. But for small businesses, the key isn’t always about adopting the biggest or most popular tech. Sometimes, it’s the smaller, tailored solutions that can make all the difference.

Recently, I had the privilege of working with a surveyor to create a bespoke AI transcription tool, specifically tailored to his unique surveying methods. The experience was a revelation. Instead of asking him to adapt to a new system, we built a tool that seamlessly fit into his existing workflow.

This got me thinking: what if more small businesses had access to these “micro-tools”? AI-driven solutions that don’t demand a complete overhaul, but rather, enhance and simplify existing processes.

Imagine a bakery using a small AI tool to predict daily demand, minimizing waste. Or a local gym using AI to optimize class schedules based on member preferences. The possibilities are endless.

In my latest video, I delve deeper into this concept and showcase the transcription tool project. It’s a testament to the potential of AI micro-tools and their ability to empower small businesses.

To all the small business owners out there: the future of tech isn’t about changing everything you know. It’s about enhancing it, one small tool at a time.
